scRNAseq of mouse CD45- C3 positive and negative cells at peak of EAE

We performed scRNAseq analysis of CD45- cells sorted from murine brains on the presence or absence of a fluorescent reporter for complement component C3 at peak of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis to study the non-immune cellular sources of C3 Overall design: 3' scRNAseq of CD45-;C3-reporter+ (Pos) and CD45-;C3-reporter- (Neg) of mouse brains at peak EAE (D19 post-immunization). Both positive and negative are from same pool of mice.
