Amphibian and plant diversity were estimated for 74 and 56 southeastern Ontario wetlands, respectively, between 1997 and 2000. Adjacent land use (e.g. forest cover and road density) was also estimated for all 74 wetlands. Land use variables were measured at several scales (e.g. within 100 meters of wetland edge, within 500 meters of wetland edge, within 1000 meters of wetland edge,etc.). Water and sediment samples were also analyzed for several key nutrients.
