pg_BSA_RRL raw reads

We have performed reduced representation libraries sequencing of phenotypic bulks of a F2 mapping population of barley segregating for a mutant phenotype that with stable pale green leaves. Sequence reads were mapped against barley Morex reference genome and detected variants put into a genomic context with the help of the integrated physical and genetic map of barley.
