SNPs in metabolic genes functionally associated with the mechanistic target of rapamycin (mTOR) pathway were analysed in healthy volunteers. Overall design: 48 manually-curated SNPs in metabolic genes functionally associated with mTOR pathway were analysed in a cohort of 790 healthy volunteers.
