Surface circumferential spinal cord recording in freely moving rodents

Electrophysiological and kinematic datasets associated with the manuscript 'Surface circumferential spinal cord recording in freely moving rodents' (Nature Communications, 2026[NCOMMS-26-002037A]). Includes: (1) Recordings from circumferential intradural electrode arrays implanted at the thoracolumbar spinal cord of freely moving rats (n = 15) and anesthetized pigs (n = 3); (2) DeepLabCut-derived kinematic trajectories from freely moving rat locomotion experiments, combined in NPZ from prior to ML. (3)We provide the trained model and (4) the code used to preprocess and train the models.
