In the current study we employed the CAGE-Seq method and investigated the four glioblastoma cell lines in which two variants through stable transduction were established, i.e., with overexpression of WWOX gene and control variant. Overall design: The study was based on four glioblastoma cell lines, i.e., DBTRG-05MG, T98G, U87MG, and U251MG, for which overexpression of gene encoding WWOX was induced by lentiviral transduction. For each cell line, investigated variants included the Control variant (treated with Puro-Blank Lentivirus; abbreviated "vec") and WWOX overexpression variant (treated with GIPZ™ lentiviral system; abbreviated "WWOX"). Each variant was represented by three biological replicates per cell line.
