To analysis Mst1r and slpi function as a tumor associated gene, we carried out overexpression analysis of Mst1r or Slpi to Hepa1c1c7 and investigated downstream genes expression by microarray. Overall design: We measured gene expression levels of Hepa1c1c7 transfected Mst1r or Slpi. We identified Il33 that increasing in Hepa1c1c7 overexpressed Mst1r.
