资源简介:
These datasets originate from two paintings that have been found to be copies of 'The Virgin and Child in an Archway', a composition attributed to the Early Netherlandish painter Pieter Cristus (c. 1420 – 1475/1476), sometimes referred to as Petrus Christus, of which three versions are known. The version held by the Museum of Fine Arts in Budapest under inventory number 4324, is regarded as the original. However, two other versions are known. One of them, nearly identical to the original, is part of the collection of the Cultural Heritage Agency of the Netherlands (RCE) under inventory number NK1841 (here referred to as RCE copy), and housed in CollectieCentrum Nederland (CCNL). The other version (here referred to as the Goudstikker copy), was part of the collection of Jacques Goudstikker in 1940 and has recently been restituted to the heirs. The datasets include the photographs of the transverse sections research on each painting and the POS and FH files with the coordinates and ring-width measurements respectively.
