"This dataset contains multi-directional motor imagery electroencephalography (EEG) recordings acquired using a low-channel, consumer-grade Emotiv Insight headset. EEG data were collected from 53 participants while they performed four motor imagery tasks\u2014left, right, front, and back\u2014guided by directional visual stimulus videos. Signals were recorded at 128 Hz from five channels and processed through a standardized pipeline including channel selection, average referencing, band-pass filtering, independent component analysis, and event-based epoch extraction. Mean aggregation and temporal windowing were applied to construct structured sequential inputs suitable for deep learning models. The dataset supports research on motor imagery classification, low-cost brain\u2013computer interfaces, and subject-independent learning, and is intended for benchmarking signal processing and deep learning methods using practical, wearable EEG hardware."
