Study on the RS of Brassica rapa L.

Using early regreening material H8 and late regreening material H6, an F2 population was constructed. Based on the regreening stage, two parental mixed pools and an extreme phenotype mixed pool of the F2 population were established for BSA analysis. Simultaneously, during the greening process, root and growth point samples were taken from the parental materials H8 and H6 for transcriptome sequencing, aimed at screening candidate genes associated with the greening period.
