This reproducibility archive accompanies the manuscript “Risk-informed monitoring and emergency containment for semiconductor-packaging wastewater incidents under sensing and actuation failures.” It contains simulated benchmark data, executable Python analysis code, machine-readable configurations, numerical results, validation records, public-report provenance tables, and SHA-256 checksums. Public corporate sustainability and annual reports were used only to establish the semiconductor-packaging context and traceable wastewater-management practices. They did not provide plant-specific network topology, pollution-incident, sensor-calibration, sensing-reliability, actuation-reliability, or emergency-containment data. Model quantities not directly supported by traceable public disclosures are explicitly treated as simulation parameters or scenario assumptions. The archive contains no proprietary factory data and does not constitute external plant validation. Archive version 1.0.2 adds the one-factor sensing and actuation reliability analyses, consolidated decision-regime map, public-report provenance tables, validation records, and associated reproduction scripts.
