Developing a classification model based on differential expression circRNAs profile in cancer cells to improive diagnosis of Gynecological cancer (Cervical cancer:Hela, ovarian cancer: NIHOVCAR3 SKOV3, breast cancer: MCF7, endometrial cancer:RL95-2, normal cell:A293T). Total RNA was extracted from the above cells after culture (Cervical cancer:Hela, ovarian cancer: NIHOVCAR3 SKOV3, breast cancer: MCF7, endometrial cancer:RL95-2, normal cell:A293T). lncRNA sequencing was performed using Illumina PE150 platform, and all cell samples included 3 replicates. To identify up-regulated or down-regulated genes and circRNAs, cancer cell samples (Hela, NIHOVCAR3, SKOV3, MCF7, RL95-2) were compared with normal cells (A293T) as controls.
