Transcriptional profiling of ahp4 versus wt in roots and shoots

Bulk RNA-seq data data sets were generated for mutant and wild-type roots of 7 day old plants, with and without cytokinin treatment Overall design: Plants were grown for 7d. They were dissected at the hypocotyl to make to pools. Half the pools were treated with 100 nM BA for 2h, the other half with a mock DMSO treatment. Mutant (ahp4-2) and wild-type were compared.
