资源简介:
Non-ablative fractional laser can be used to treat photoaged skin by stimulating the breakdown and regeneration of dermal matrix constituents, such as collagen and elastic fibers. The objective of this study was to validate previously studied molecular mechanisms and explore yet uncharacterized biomarkers underlying the clinical efficacy of non-ablative fractional laser resurfacing. Seventeen white female participants with moderate-severe photoaging at baseline received treatment with 1550 nm Er:Glass non-ablative fractional laser on the face and forearm once monthly for 6 months. Punch biopsies for microarray analysis were obtained at baseline and 7 days after treatment of the face, as well as at baseline and 1, 7, 14, and 29 days after treatment of the forearm, resulting in a total of 119 samples.
