The data was collected via water level observations at the discharge sections of the runoff stations, sediment sampling, and calculations of runoff and sediment yields during runoff generation events. The dataset includes discharge section maps of the runoff stations at the basin outlet of the Jiuyuangou Basin, flood hydrological factor excerpt tables, successive flood survey result tables, daily average discharge tables, daily average sediment concentration tables, and daily average sediment transport rate tables. Details of the runoff stations are provided in the *Description of Jiuyuangou Basin (2011–2018)*.
