A Spatio-Temporal Graph Neural Network for Forecasting and Simulating Dust Storm Mitigation Strategies in the Sistan Basin

This dataset comprises multi-source spatio-temporal data utilized in the study "A Spatio-Temporal Graph Neural Network for Forecasting and Simulating Dust Storm Mitigation Strategies in the Sistan Basin." It serves as the foundation for both forecasting dust storm intensity and conducting counterfactual scenario analyses within the Sistan Basin, a global dust hotspot located on the border of southeastern Iran and southwestern Afghanistan.
