Soil AMF diversity on tropical forest

To reveal the AMF community dynamics in tropical forest during restoration succession are urgent scientific problems in regional ecological protection and forest sustainable management. The characteristics and influencing factors of soil AMF community was investigated in different forest succession stages of Ganshiling. This study greatly contributed to gain a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of AMF ecological process in tropical forest restoration succession in China.
