Manatee Sightings

Overview This feature service supports manatee sighting records for use in the ETS Manatee application. It captures reported observations of manatees, including sighting details, observer contact information, the number of adult and calf manatees observed, reported activity, location information, comments, and review status. Feature Layer Manatee Sightings stores individual sighting reports submitted for review and management. Records include observer and contact details, sighting date, reported conditions and comments, administrative notes, and approval or status information used to track the review workflow. Geographic Coverage The service covers reported manatee sightings across a broad coastal area in the eastern United States, with locations extending along the Atlantic and Gulf coastal regions.
