THIAMAT-Local Ablative Therapy of Hepatic Malignomas - Proximity to untreated tumor tissue

Interventions: Group 1: The individual therapy regimen provides for a long-term treatment of liver metastases of local ablative methods (radiofrequency ablation, microwave ablation or HDR brachytherapy).
All the examinations necessary for the therapy are carried out on the admission day during the first visit, these are the imaging (CT, MRI) and laboratory tests. The first therapy will be done the next day. The routine, bioptic diagnosis assurance takes place in the course of which the samples required for the study are also taken (this is a 1 x 20 mm measuring tumor tissue cylinder). Patient discharge from the hospital is two days later.
Patient have to come for laboratory check-up 7 days after the first therapy.
The second session of the therapy will take place after another two weeks. All the necessary examinations like an imaging and laboratory tests are carried out again.
Primary outcome(s): Leukocyte infiltration in tumor tissue (Histo)
release of growth factors and cytokines,
determined by laboratory analysis of all parameters to be collected at the end of the recruitment phase.
