Genome-wide association summary statistics for cystatin C–creatinine eGFR discordance in the UK Biobank
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains genome-wide association study summary statistics for cystatin C–creatinine estimated glomerular filtration rate discordance (eGFRdiff) in the UK Biobank. eGFRdiff was defined as: eGFRdiff = (eGFRcys − eGFRcr) / eGFRcr where eGFRcys denotes cystatin C-based estimated glomerular filtration rate and eGFRcr denotes creatinine-based estimated glomerular filtration rate. Negative eGFRdiff values indicate that eGFRcys is lower than eGFRcr, whereas positive values indicate that eGFRcys is higher than eGFRcr. The GWAS was conducted among 388,857 UK Biobank participants of White British ancestry. The eGFRdiff phenotype was inverse-normal transformed before association testing. Genome-wide association analysis was performed using REGENIE v3.2.1, with adjustment for age, sex, age squared, the sex-by-age interaction, assessment centre, genotyping array, and the first 20 genetic principal components. No individual-level genotype, phenotype, covariate, participant identifier, or other potentially identifiable UK Biobank data are included. Access to the underlying individual-level UK Biobank data requires a separate approved application through UK Biobank. This research was conducted using the UK Biobank Resource under Application ID 545732.
