The role of the Death Domain Associated Protein DAXX in expression regulation during oocyte growth and 2-cell pre-implantation embryos of the mouse

Comparative expression analysis between meiosis II (MII) stage mouse oocytes of wildtype ("WT") or deficient ("KO") for Daxx expression as well as for 2-cell embryos maternally wildtype of Daxx deficient. Overall design: Two genotypes, 3 (or 2) replicates per genotype, two cell types (oocytes, 2-cell embryos).
