The EMT-regulator ZEB1 shapes bone marrow immunological niches in AML suppressing T-cell activity and fostering Th17 expansion

We performed gene expression profiling to evaluate potential differences between Zeb1 expressing and Zeb1 silenced cells C1498 cells were treated overnight with lentiviral particles containing plasmid expressing a short hairpin RNA (shRNA) sequence against ZEB-1 (seq C, or seq D or a negative control construct, Scr) and green fluorescence protein (GFP). Two weeks after infection, GFP+ cells were isolated and used for RNA extraction and hybridization on microarrays.
