Gene expression profiling dendritic cells (DC) producing IL-10

To identify factors associated with the immunosuppressor activity of IL-10+ DC, these cells were obtained from VertX mice immunized with OVA+imiquimod and compared with IL-10- DCs from the same mice and from VertX mice, either untreated or vaccinated with OVA+poly(I:C). Overall design: DC IL-10+ were obtained from pooled spleens (n=20 per sample) from OVA+imiquimod immunized mice, whereas DC IL-10- were obtained from naive (n=3-4), OVA+imiquimod (n=20), and OVA+poly(I:C) (n=3-5) immunized mice.
