Data and code for "Delineating protein-protein interaction interfaces via siamese neural networks: a geometric and image-based analysis"

'input_interfaces_point_clouds.zip" contains the interfaces between protein-protein pairs, stored as point cloud coordinates, and extracted as described in "Delineating protein-protein interaction interfaces via siamese neural networks: a geometric and image-based analysis". The three Pyhton scripts contain the necessary code to process the data and reproduce the model described in "Delineating protein-protein interaction interfaces via siamese neural networks: a geometric and image-based analysis".
