VPRS 16160 General Subject Correspondence Files

This series comprises general correspondence files and files containing copies of Board meeting minutes and agenda. The location of the original minutes of meetings was not known as at 2008.The series documented the activities of the Board. The Board acted as a Tribunal to appoint a guardian or administrator to manage the affairs of disabled persons in a manner which was in their best interest. The Board was also responsible for making decisions with respect to major medical procedures which were to be carried out on a represented person.
