Scattered settlement areas

In areas with traditional stray construction, which are defined in the cantonal indicative plan and where permanent settlement is to be strengthened with a view to the desired spatial development, the cantons may allow increased use when changing the use of existing buildings.

在已纳入州级指示性规划（cantonal indicative plan）、且为实现预期空间发展目标需强化永久定居点建设的传统零散营建区域内，各州可允许在变更既有建筑使用用途时提升其使用强度。
