资源简介:
Analysis of the spleen and liver transcriptom of Il1a-/-, Il1b-/- and WT mice 24 h after infection with Streptococcus pyogenes or from untreated animals. The experiment revealed a spatial restriction and non-redundant functions of Il1a and Il1b. Overall design: RNA was isolated 24 h after infection or PBS treatment from the liver and spleen of l1a-/-, Il1b-/- and WT mice (4 per genotype). Sequencing was performed in two rounds. In the first one, RNA from the liver and spleen of for 24 h infected mice were processed and multiplexed with the QuantSeq 3’ mRNA-Seq Library Prep Kit and the mixed multiplexed samples were sequenced on two lanes on an Illumina HiSeqV4 SR50 platform with a read length of 50 bases. For the second one, only the RNA from the liver of uninfected Il1a-/-, Il1b-/- and WT mice (4 per genotype) were used and multiplexed samples were sequeneced on one lane.
