资源简介:
This project aims to investigate the molecular and cellular responses in the mouse brain induced by amyloid-beta (Abeta) oligomers, which are implicated in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease. In this study, soluble high-molecular-weight Abeta species (>200 kDa) were isolated from plaque-laden APP transgenic mouse brains and injected into the hippocampus or cisterna magna of young APP transgenic mice. Bulk RNA-seq was performed on hemibrain samples collected at different time points post-injection (1 and 3 months) to capture transcriptomic changes associated with Abeta-induced beta-amyloidosis and reactive gliosis. The dataset provides insights into gene expression alterations in neurons and glial cells during early stages of Abeta pathology propagation.
