Louisville Metro KY - Annual Open Data Report 2026

<p>The 2026 Open Data Annual Report is submitted to the Mayor and Metro Council in accordance with Louisville Metro Ordinance O-243-22, passed on August 25th, 2022. This ordinance requires annual reporting on the status and progress of the Open Data Program.</p><p>This report covers Fiscal Year 2026 (FY2026), July 1st, 2025–June 30th, 2026 and provides a comprehensive overview of Louisville Metro Government’s efforts to make data accessible, useful, and impactful. It highlights:</p><ul><li>Progress in improving data quality, metadata, automation, and accessibility.</li><li>New datasets and data resources made available to the public.</li><li>Community engagement, outreach, and public feedback related to Open Data.</li><li>Continued collaboration across Metro agencies and priorities for the future of the Open Data Program.</li></ul>
