Brain Gene Expression Pattern of Individuals with Dual Diagnosis who died by suicide

We compared the gene expression profile in the dorsolateral prefrontal area of subjects with dual diagnosis who died by suicide to the transcriptome of subjects with mood disorders and subjects with substance use disorder who died by suicide. 38 samples were collected.
