Bacterial community analysis from Cisolok geothermal area using culture independent method. Bacteria

In this study, we reported the diversity of bacteria in Cisolok geysers, West Java, Indonesia based on culture-dependent and culture-independent methods. We focus on the isolation of eubacteria from the fallen leaves and twigs deposited in the geysers, and analyzed their diversity using 16S rRNA gene sequencing, their enzymatic and antimicrobial activities.
