COS-7 cells were injected with the dynein-blocking antibody 74.1, and Lysotracker-positive (red) lysosomes/ late endosomes (lysos/LEs) were imaged beginning 10 min later. Most Lysos/LEs became stationary. The recording was made at ~17 frames/sec.
