Roadmaps for dendrite suppression in next generation lithium-ion batteries: Toward sustainable energy solutions

Dataset: Bibliometric data and numerical quantities focusing on the Li dendrites in rechargeable batteries ( parametric dataset and bibliometric information on battery dendrites) Description: recharageable_battery_stability_efficiency_metrics.zip: The yaml and json files for the "Decathlon of Interfacial Stability" are provided within this folder. These files can be viewed via stable-efficient-rechargeable-batteries webapp.These datasets have been utilized to contruct Fig. 11 and 12 in the publication. yearly_publications_battery_dendrites.csv: The csv file consists of yearly publications on the topical area of "Dendrites in Rechargeable Batteries". The scopus database was utilized for counting the yearly publications, and the search query utilized was "(TITLE-ABS-KEY(("dendrite" OR "whiskers") AND ("Lithium ion battery" OR "lithium battery" OR "lithium metal battery" OR "Solid state"))) ". While the counts for the years 2000-2024 are for the full year (Jan.-Dec.), the count for the year 2025 is only for the first five months (Jan.-May.). The total counts of the publications was 9514. The data have been utilized to prepare Fig. 1(c). search_query_keywords_keyphrases.txt: The query utilized to perform the search for recharageable batteries dendrites related keyterms (phrases and words) within the Web of Science, and Scopus databases. The interrelationship among these keyterms have been presented as network visualizations in Fig. 1(a)-(b) battery_dendrites_prevention_strategies.csv: The datasets used for constructing Table 4 in the publication.
