"AI-Assisted Meeting Summarization for Product Management"

"The dataset includes survey responses from 25 product managers in csv format and 7 anonymous interview summaries via Zoom in pdf format. A 28-question survey was provided to industry product managers regarding perceived use and perception of AI-generated meeting summaries in the product management lifecycle. A structured interview protocol was created to learn how product managers use AI-generated meeting summaries, specifically Zoom AI companion, within their product management workflows. An interview script was created to ensure consistency across participants. A total of 7 participants (P1-P7) were interviewed. These participants were industry product managers using Zoom at work for cross-functional collaboration. Each interview lasted up to 30 minutes in duration and was conducted over Zoom."
