Genome-wide studies identify genes regulated by co-activator BRD4 in APL cells [RNA-seq]

Acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) is characterized by a specific t(15;17) chromosome translocation that generates the promyelocytic leukemia/retinoic acid receptor-a (PML/RARa) fusion gene. However, the mechanism underlying PML/RARa mediated transcriptional dysregulation remain unclear. Here, we performed the transcription profiling of BRD4 in NB4, an APL patient-derived cell line. Overall design: Expression profiling of NB4 cells before and after BRD4 inhibition using RNA-seq.
