Dataset for PRP trial in CIPN

This dataset contains anonymized clinical data from a randomized controlled trial evaluating the effect of perineural platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injection on pain and functional outcomes in patients with chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN). Sixty patients were enrolled and randomized into two groups: PRP injection group and placebo (saline) group. The dataset includes pain scores (VAS), functional outcomes (FACT/GOG-Ntx), and patient-reported improvement (Likert scale) assessed at baseline, 15 days, 1 month, 2 months, and 3 months. No personal identifiers are included
