Transcriptome analysis of umbilical cord blood CD34+ cells of neonates delivered from SARS-CoV-2 infected and/or vaccinated mothers

We report comparative transcriptome data of CD34+ cells derived from umbilical cord blood of neonates delivered from SARS-CoV-2 infected and/or vaccinated mothers or uninfected/non-vaccinated mothers. Examine transcriptomics derived from CD34+ cells in the umbilical cord blood (UCB). As a donor for the UCB, we picked two groups, 1) non-vaccinated for SARS-CoV-2 vaccine and no detectable anti-SARS-CoV-2IgG in the UCB plasma and 2) 1) non-vaccinated for SARS-CoV-2 vaccine but detectable for anti-SARS-CoV-2 spike and nucleocapside IgGs in the UCB plasma
