Genomic and transcriptomic profiles associated with response to eribulin and nivolumab combination in HER-2 negative metastatic breast cancer

Biomarker for immune checkpoint inhibitor and chemotherapy combination for HER-2 negative metastatic breast cancer (MBC) patients is not established. Here, we report the biomarker analysis of pretreatment tumor tissues from the phase II clinical trial of the eribulin and nivolumab combination in those patients (KORNELIA trial, ClinicalTrials.gov Identifier: NCT04061863). We analyzed how the tumor molecular profiles from genomic data (n = 76) and transcriptomic data (n= 58) associate with efficacies.
