Replication Data for: Genomic epidemiology of sporadic and outbreak associated infant Klebsiella pneumoniae sepsis in Kenyan hospitals.

This is a replication dataset for the manuscript titled: "Genomic epidemiology of sporadic and outbreak associated infant Klebsiella pneumoniae sepsis in Kenyan hospitals." This dataset comprised clinical and genome sequence data from two sources; A neonatal bacteriaemia (≤ 28 days old) study (NeoBAC) conducted in three hospitals in Nairobi, Kiambu and Kilifi counties from October 2020 to April 2023 and from neonates and infants (≤ 6 months old) from a long-term surveillance study conducted in Kilifi from January 2001 to April 2023. Data are available on 413 isolates (372 blood, 17 cerebrospinal fluid and 24 hospital environment isolates) from Kilifi County Teaching and Referral Hospital serving the Kilifi Health and Demographic Surveillance System and the wider Kilifi County located at the Kenyan coast; Mbagathi County Referral Hospital in Central Nairobi; and Kiambu County Referral Hospital located in Kiambu County.
