Spreadsheet of conversions: PPT and PPR

Converting data from that reported by trials into another format to include in more analyses - using excel only. Some studies reported mean (and SD) volume of blood transfused as per person transfused (PPT) where a mean was calculated using only volumes where people received a transfusion (excluding all zero volume transfusions), and some studies reported mean volume per person randomised (including zero volumes when no transfusion was received). This spreadsheet includes all calculations used for all studies, to show how we converted between these different standards of reporting.
