This series comprises an index to correspondence in VPRS 1207 and an index to entries in VPRS 1212. The index is arranged alphabetically by subject or by name of correspondent. Entries are contained in alphabetical sections in each volume but, within each section, entries are not arranged lexicographically.There are three volumes extant in this series. The date range of entries in the volumes is ?1873 to 1966. It is not clear if an index in this form was created prior to 1873It does not appear that this is an index to all correspondence contained in VPRS 1207.
