In light of the gene transcription deficiencies of APCs in response to tumor vaccines in the tumor bearing mice, we focused on the overall accessibility of chromatin in GMPs by performing global epigenetic profiling of open chromatin using an assay for transposase accessible chromatin using high throughput sequencing (ATAC sequencing).
