The strontium (Sr) data inventory comprises 1,031 measurements, including 887 previously published datasets and 144 newly developed records from diverse sites and geological materials across the Czech Republic, as detailed in Büntgen et al. (2025, Geophysical Research Letters). The compilation integrates information on sample type, rock classification, Sr isotope ratios (^87Sr/^86Sr), analytical uncertainties, and Sr, Rb, and Ba concentrations, together with bibliographic references. This dataset provides a robust baseline for assessing the spatial variability of Sr isotopes and supports applications in geology, archaeology, environmental science, and provenance studies.
