Transcriptomic profile at single cell level of OCT2fl/fl and Ncr(+)/OCT2fl/fl mice [scRNA-seq]

We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to investigate the role of OCT2 in the regulation of Regnase-1. Freshly sorted splenic NK cells from 8-week-old OCT2fl/fl and Ncr(+)/OCT2fl/fl mice were analyzed using scRNAseq我们采用单细胞RNA测序（single cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq）探究OCT2对Regnase-1的调控作用。本研究对来自8周龄OCT2fl/fl与Ncr(+)/OCT2fl/fl小鼠的新鲜分选脾脏NK细胞进行了scRNA-seq分析。
