This map displays percent of housing units in four layers, 2020 Vacant Housing Units, 2020 Renter Occupied Units, 2019 Multi-Family count of 2-9 units and of 10+ units; plus 2019 median gross rent layer. SOURCE: U.S. Census Bureau’s 2015-2019 American Community Survey 5-Year Estimates, table DP04. LAST UPDATED: November 2021 with corrections to 2020 ACS data. LIFE CYCLE: Updated as new ACS data is available, or discontinued as information is no longer applicable to the mission of Broward Housing Council or their Work Program no longer dictates. UPDATE CYCLE: Reviewed and updated annually as ACS data is made available, or as otherwise needed.
