资源简介:
This study aims to explore the relationship between retinal vein occlusion (RVO) and gut microbiota and metabolomics, and to better understand the pathogenesis of RVO from the perspective of gut-retinal axis. Meanwhile, by analyzing the interaction between gut microbiota and metabolites, it is aimed to provide new potential strategies for the prevention and treatment of RVO. In addition, this study will also provide a useful reference for promoting the research on the relationship between gut microbiota and eye diseases, and lay the foundation for the development of related research fields in the future.A total of 36 patients with RVO and non-RVO were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Fecal DNA was extracted from the patients' feces, and 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing and untargeted metabolomics analysis were performed after PCR amplification. The experimental procedure did not involve any invasive manipulation.
