Genome sequencing data and assembly for a novel duck reovirus strain SD416 from China

This dataset contains the raw sequencing reads and assembled genome of a novel duck reovirus (NDRV) strain, designated SD416. The virus was isolated from diseased ducklings during an outbreak of hepatic necrosis in Shandong Province, China. The complete double-stranded RNA genome was determined by Sanger sequencing of ten overlapping RT-PCR amplicons. The submission includes the raw reads for each amplicon and the final assembled sequences of all ten genomic segments.
