Dataset for: Pulsed-field vs thermal ablation in atrial fibrillation — systematic review and meta-analysis (data extraction)

This repository contains the data extraction sheets used for the systematic review and meta-analysis titled “Safety and Effectiveness of Pulsed-Field Ablation Compared with Radiofrequency or Cryoballoon Ablation in Atrial Fibrillation: Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis.” The Excel file includes extracted study characteristics, baseline demographics, procedural details, and outcome event counts used to generate pooled effect estimates (random-effects meta-analysis). Outcomes include atrial arrhythmia recurrence at approximately 12 months (after the blanking period), serious complications, phrenic nerve injury, procedure duration, repeat ablation, and other reported endpoints, as available. Data were extracted from published reports and their supplementary materials. The review protocol was registered in PROSPERO (CRD420261283813).
