资源简介:
This item provides the analytical code and metadata supporting the study: "Fire and edge disturbances persistently degrade understory forest regeneration in the Amazon-Cerrado transition."
To ensure the reproducibility of our findings while respecting the data-sharing agreements of our collaborative network, we provide the complete R-script workflow used for data processing, statistical analysis, and figure generation.
The raw datasets, including species-level forest inventory (seedlings and saplings) and airborne Lidar-derived metrics, are not publicly hosted here due to ongoing collaborative research agreements. However, these data are available upon reasonable request for academic and reproduction purposes. Researchers interested in accessing the primary datasets should contact the corresponding author via email (provided in the main manuscript) with a brief description of the intended use.
By providing the code, we aim to maintain full transparency regarding the ecological models and statistical thresholds used to conclude that fire and edge effects persistently degrade forest regeneration in this transition zone.
