Table of KEGG module reversibility for 33 IBD-enriched modules

This table describes the number of reversible and irreversible reactions in 33 KEGG modules that were found to be enriched in the gut metagenomes of individuals with Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Reaction reversibility was determined using KEGG Pathway Maps (in which reversible reactions are represented by double-sided arrows) associated with a given module.
